1. Booking & Deposit
A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been received. The deposit amount and any remaining balance will be confirmed with you directly at the time of booking. Deposits secure your date and are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Specific cancellation and rescheduling terms (including any applicable deadlines or fees) will be confirmed with you at the time of booking.
3. Photo & Video Usage
Drey Films retains copyright over all photographs and video footage produced. Clients receive a license to use delivered images and videos for personal, non-commercial purposes, including printing, sharing, and posting on personal social media accounts. Drey Films may use images and footage from your session for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes (including this website and social media), unless you request otherwise in writing prior to your session.
4. Delivery Timelines
Turnaround time for edited photos and videos varies depending on the type and scope of the session. An estimated delivery timeline will be provided when your booking is confirmed.
5. Liability
Drey Films will make every reasonable effort to deliver the services booked. In the unlikely event of illness, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our control that prevent a session from being completed, Drey Films' liability is limited to a refund of monies paid for the affected session. Drey Films is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.
